Acceptable use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse our forms, attempt to disrupt the service, or submit false or harmful information.
Demos, enquiries, and applications
Submitting a form, booking a demo, or applying as a tutor does not create a binding contract or guarantee of service. Any service relationship is subject to a separate written agreement.
Tutor applications
Applying to tutor on KeepUp does not guarantee acceptance. We verify applicants and may decline or remove tutors at our discretion, consistent with our policies and applicable law.
Pricing information
Pricing shown on this site is indicative and may change. Final pricing for a school is confirmed in writing during onboarding.
Intellectual property
The KeepUp name, logo, content, and design are owned by KeepUp and may not be copied or used without permission.
Third-party links and tools
Our site links to and embeds third-party tools (e.g. Cal.com, app stores). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, KeepUp is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts.
